Pelttarin kentällä Varissuolla kohtasi 6 joukkuetta aurinkoisessa kevät säässä. Hockey5 nopeatempoinen peli tuotti runsaasti maaleja kummassakin turnauksessa. MIEHISSÄ tehtailtiin 42 maalia joka jakautui 25 pelaajalle. NAISISSA tehtailtiin 49 maalia jotka jakautui 27 pelaajalle.
Kilpparin miehet avasivat hockey5-SM-sarjan tyylipuhtaasti kahdella voitolla. Kilpparin miesten pitkälti uusista pelaajista koostunut "reservijoukkue" Barbarians kärsi kaksi tappiota, mutta peli alkoi löytää uomiaan päivän edetessä. Kilpparin naiset taas tekivät ensiesiintymisensä Suomen hockeykentillä! Toistaiseksi vastapuolen kokemus vei vielä voiton, mutta pelissä näkyi jo hyviä aihioita ja komeita maaleja!
Seinäjoki ja aurinkoa joskin kolea 12 astetta ja tuuli siivitti hienoon hockey päivään. Järjestelyt toimivat mainiosti vankalla yli 20 vuoden kokemuksella. SEINÄJOEN riveissä nähtiin legendoja Jalosen veljekset Petri ja Pekka oli saatu mailan varteen ja juoksemaan pallon perään, Jukka Sumuvuori oli myös löydetty mukaan jakamaan kokemusta Unitedin nuorille lupauksille jotka hienosti saalistivat voiton ja tasurin/ 4 pistettä.
Kausi jatkuu 18.5 Velodromilla miesten peleillä ja 25.5 semifinaalit ja Finaalit Velolla myös.
Naiset jatkaa 26.5 Porvoossa ja 15.6 on finaalipäivä.

6 teams met on Pelttar's field in Varissuo in sunny spring weather. Hockey5's fast-paced game produced plenty of goals in both tournaments. In MEN, 42 goals were scored, which were distributed among 25 players. In WOMEN, 49 goals were scored, which were distributed among 27 players.
Kilppari's men opened the hockey5-SM series in style with two victories. The Kilppari men's "reserve" team, consisting largely of new players, the Barbarians, suffered two losses, but the game started to find its groove as the day progressed. The women of Kilppari made their first appearance on Finnish hockey fields! So far, the opponent's experience still took the victory, but the game already showed good blanks and handsome goals!
Seinäjoki and the sun, a chilly 12 degrees and the wind blew for a great hockey day. The arrangements work perfectly with more than 20 years of solid experience. Legends were seen in SEINÄJOKI's ranks, the Jalonen brothers Petri and Pekka had been brought to the stick and running after the ball, Jukka Sumuvuori had also been found to share experience with United's young promises who nicely captured the victory and the winner/ 4 points.
The season continues on May 18 at the Velodrome with the men's games and on May 25 the semifinals and finals at Velo as well.
The women's competition continues on May 26 in Porvoo and June 15 is the day of the finals.
