Naisissa niinikään Hollanti voitti kultaa ja Belgia hopeaa, Saksa kukisti Englannin pronssipelissä.
OranjeHockey kruunattu naisten EuroHockey Championship 2023 OranjeHockey voitettuaan Belgian 3-1 Hockeyparkissa (Mönchengladbach) . Hollannin joukkue kruunattiin mestariksi kahdennentoista kerran (1984, 1987, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2011, 2017, 2019, 2021 ja 2023). Turnauksen arvokkain pelaaja oli belgialainen keskikenttäpelaaja Charlotte. Olympiapaikat ensikesän 2024 Pariisiin saatiin myös jaettua.
Miesten finaalissa koettiin puoliajalla melkoin raekuuro ja puoliaika ja sen aloitus venyi yli puoleen tuntiin. Peli saatiin rankan sateen päätyttyä jatkumaan ja Englanti ajoi hurjasti takaa Hollainnin johtoa kaventaen maalin päähän ja saaden 3 rankkaria ( kaksi uusittua samassa tilanteessa) mutta Hollanniin maalivahti torjui kaikki vippaukset. Pelissä videotuomari nainen oli kovassa käytössä kun häneltä apua vaikeisiin tilanteisiin kysyttiin.

In the women's category, Holland won gold and Belgium silver, Germany defeated England in the bronze game.
OranjeHockey crowned Women's EuroHockey Championship 2023 OranjeHockey after defeating Belgium 3-1 at Hockeypark (Mönchengladbach) . The Dutch team was crowned champion for the twelfth time (1984, 1987, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2009, 2011, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2023). The most valuable player of the tournament was Belgian midfielder Charlotte. The Olympic places for next summer 2024 in Paris were also allocated.
In the men's final, there was quite a bit of hail at half-time and the half-time lasted more than half an hour. The game was allowed to continue after the heavy rain ended and England chased the Netherlands' lead wildly, narrowing the goal to the end and getting 3 penalties (two repeated in the same situation), but the Dutch goalkeeper blocked all the attempts. In the game, the female video referee was in heavy use when she was asked for help in difficult situations.
